Alan Waddams: "Opening the EU Office in Azerbaijan is very important"

Special envoy told APA that considering the development of relations between Azerbaijan and EU and adopting the action plan, it is very important to open the EU Office in Azerbaijan.

Answering the question whether he will be the head of the EU Office in Baku, Alan Waddams noted that it is not pr?cised yet. "Some procedures should be held," he said.

Diplomat mentioned that as a special envoy, his main role is to establish relations with Azerbaijani government and help to open the EU Office here.

EU Office will be opened in Baku this year.
