Azerbaijan, ADB to sign memo

Azerbaijan Communications and Information Technologies Ministry will sign a memorandum with the Asian Development Bank.

Ministry press service told APA that the memo would contribute to further development of the mutual cooperation between them.

The ADB intends to finance the projects of Aztelecom and Baku Telephone Communications Unit.
