"Russia"s role in regulation of the conflicts is indispensable," announced NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer at the meeting with Vladimir Putin.

General Secretary stated that Russia is a great country and is accountable for developments in the world. The sides were satisfied with the level of Russia-NATO bilateral relations. Emphasizing the successful development of the cooperation, Russian President Putin noted that they cooperate with NATO in all globally important spheres, APA reports quoting to RIA Novosti.
