Average salary to reach 156.1 AZN

The average salary was 138.5 AZN from January to September of 2006 in Azerbaijan.

The State Committee for Statistics reports that average monthly salaries is 20% more than appropriate period of 2005. The highest salaries are observed in production industry, construction, rent as well as in trade sector. According to the Azeri government’s predicts the nominal monthly salary is to reach 156.1 AZN in the end of 2006. ANS
