President Aliyev signes decree on state program about education abroad

President Ilham Aliyev signed decree on state program about Azerbaijani youths getting education abroad.

The document reads that Economic Development Ministry, Education Ministry and other appropriate institutions must prepare the state program on Azerbaijani youths getting education abroad and present to the president within 3 months, for ensuring Azerbaijani youths education in popular foreign universities, and strengthening them for development of independent Azerbaijan.
