President issued decree on State Program concerning study abroad

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev issued decree on State Program concerning study abroad.

According to the decree, Economic Development Ministry, Education Ministry and other organizations should work out the State Program and present it to the President in three months, APA reports.
