Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry to work to improve situation at Baku Bay

Ecological situation at Baku Bay will be improved by President-approved Measures Plan for improvement of ecological situation during 2006-2010.

Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry (ENRM) press service told APA that local waste water purifying equipment will be installed at big onshore facilities in collaboration with State Shipping Company, SOCAR, Baku Mayor's Office and other bodies.

Besides, with collaboration with Emergencies Ministry, Shipping Company, SOCAR and Baku Mayor's Office, the ENRM will remove submerged boats, metal pieces and concrete remains in the beach.
