Yuri Merzlyakov: Azerbaijan sent written reply to the co-chairs' offers on Karabakh conflict settlement and Armenia made it oral"

He told the APA exclusively Azerbaijani foreign minister Elmar Mammadyarov presented the written reply to the co-chairs at the meeting in London on 13 September.

"However, Mr.Mammadyarov warned that this was not a final reply, the document could be presented to the other side after the co-chairs rework on it, and it is agreed upon with the Azerbaijani side," Mr.Merzlyakov said.

The co-chair said Armenia has not presented a written reply adding that it is satisfied with the co-chairs' text on the core principles of the settlement with some amendments.
