Vardan Oskanyan: "Nagorno Karabakh is ready to cooperate with international organizations"

Commenting on his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov's statement, Oskanyan said the Armenian side does not avoid any cooperation regarding this matter, APA reports.

"I find it difficult to understand Azerbaijan’s speculative steps concerning the fires. These fires break out every summer due to hot weather. Simply, the fires have caught large areas this year. This was also said in the report drawn up by personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzei Kasprzyk," Oskanyan said.

Armenian minister also commented on official Baku’s appeal to the UN for ensuring its participation in extinguishing the fires, "I cannot understand why this issue should concern the UN."
