Aggregate assets of banks rose by 52% in Azerbaijan

As of July 1, the aggregate assets of banks reached AZN 2 806.5mn which represents a 52% rise on the same month last year.

As APA reports, cash means constitutes AZN 160.8mn (5.7%) of the aggregate assets of Azerbaijan banks, correspondent accounts make up AZN 450.3mn (16%), loans and deposits are AZN 313.7mn (11.2%), investments form AZN 139.1mn (5%) and other assets comprise AZN 276.8mn (9.9%).

The total volume of bank liabilities equaled AZN 2 444.6mn.
