The case of Barmek senior officials to be investigated

As APA reports, General Public Prosecutor Zakir Garalov told journalists that the investigative activities are ongoing now.

He said that the culprits will get the punishment they deserve.

Under Criminal Code Articles 179.3.2 (embezzlement), 308.2 (misuse of the power), 313 (fraud) Criminal Proceedings were initiated against Barmek Technical Operations Department acting director Mahir Novruzov, Technical Department director Vafa Aghayev, Finance Department director Valeh Zeynalov, ex-chief manager Chingiz Ibadov, vice-president Omer Guner, Relay Control Service chair Asgar asgarzade, Supply department chief Chingiz Abdullayev.
