President Aliyev notes high level of mutual trust in ties with Russia

"Our relations have grown in strategic partnership in the recent years. It reflects fully our intentions and meets the interests of the two countries," the Azerbaijani president emphasized. According to him, Azerbaijan and Russia "have no unsettled issues in their relations, and it is a great achievement." Aliyev noted that the good neighborly relations between Azerbaijan and Russia influence positively the situation in the region.

The Azerbaijani leader wished the Russian diplomat successes in his mission, expressing hope that his work will promote further development and expansion of bilateral relations, Itar-Tass reports.
