President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Emperor of Japan Naruhito

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulations to Emperor of Japan Naruhito on the occasion of his birthday, Azernews reports.

The letter reads as follows:
