Tahir Karimov: "No talks on Nagorno Karabakh conflict in Washington"

As Trend reports, Karimov was commenting possibility of negotiations or consultations of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the visit of Vardan Oskanian, the Armenian Foreign Minister, to USA.

"As far as I know the Armenian Foreign Minister arrives in Washington March 28 to discuss issues related to the program "Challenges of Millennium". No contacts with Azerbaijan are envisaged," he stressed.
