Azad Rahimov: "Mortgage loans must be provided to young families with 9% per annum"

As APA reports according to the Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov, rules for mortgage loan provision will be approved in these days. The Ministry has already received some appeals on obtaining mortgage credits: "Many young people are not satisfied with the terms proposed now. They think that mortgage rates are a shade higher".

Mr.Rahimov considers that certain concessions must also be granted to families living in territories released from occupation: "Of course, we will take account of such families".

Starting from today, authorized credit organizations has begun receiving appeals for obtaining credits from the Mortgage Fund. The maximum amount and interest rate of credit should not exceed AZN 30 thousand and 12 % per annum, respectively.
