Parliament lifts the ban to more than 30% foreign-funded NGOs’ observing elections in Azerbaijan

Head of Milli Majlis Commission for Law Policy and State Organization Ali Huseynov informed about the amendments made to the law. The parliament members Gulamhuseyin Alibayli, Hadi Rajabli, Alimammad Nuriyev and others made speech later on.

Though A.Nuriyev suggested the norm on finger-inking procedure into the legislation, the speaker said of this issue to be solved by the Central Election Commission. Milli Majlis lifted the ban to more than 30% foreign-funded NGOs’ observing elections.
