Ex-minister of Economical Development is sentenced to spend three months in jail

Farhad Aliyev arrested last week was sentenced today by a court to spend three months in jail.

Ex-minister is accused of an attempt to overthrow the government, misappropriation and squandering, abuse of official powers.

Aliyev rejects to make testimonies while his lawyer Ramiz Mamedov says that next week he will file an appeal to the Appeal court.
