Azerbaijan is ranked among the states with "hegemonic electoral authoritarianism" reports freedom house

The agency Trend  reports, referring to reports of the organization, Azerbaijan is ranked among  CIS, along with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan to so-called  states with "hegemonic electoral authoritarianism".

In the area of civil right among the states of Caucasus Georgia has the  best indicators in the rank of "ambivalent states", where double regime exists.  Armenia is also in this list of states.

The indicator of freedom in Georgia is - 4,44, in Armenia is- 4,56,  Russia is- 4,81, Azerbaijan is- 5,44.
