Azerbaijani MPs to eye situation of fight against human trafficking

The Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani parliament) session, which will be held on November 2, will discuss the situation in the field of combating trafficking in the last few years.

The agenda consists of 12 issues, the press service of the Parliament told Trend on Friday.

The annual report of the National Coordinator for Combating Human Trafficking, Deputy Interior Minister Vilayat Eyvazov, will speak at the meeting.

In addition, the meeting will adopt a law 'On ratification of an agreement on the regional commissions in the field of fisheries and aquaculture in Central Asia and the Caucasus', as well as make amendments to the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, the Code of Execution of Sentences, the Code of Administrative Offences and the law 'On freedom of assembly'.

Also under discussion is the second reading of the new law 'On Culture'.
