Azerbaijani grandmaster Teymur Rajabov has been held to a draw by Chinese Wang Yue in the 9th round of an international Kings chess tournament in Romania, increasing his points to 4.5.

The day's other results are as follows: Ukrainian Ruslan Ponomariov 0.5-0.5 Israeli Boris Gelfand, Norwegian Magnus Carlsen 0.5-0.5 Romanian Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu.
