Azerbaijani grandmaster Teymur Rajabov has been held to a draw by Chinese Wang Yue in the 9th round of an international Kings chess tournament in Romania, increasing his points to 4.5.
The day's other results are as follows: Ukrainian Ruslan Ponomariov 0.5-0.5 Israeli Boris Gelfand, Norwegian Magnus Carlsen 0.5-0.5 Romanian Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu. After 9 rounds, Carlsen leads the table with 6.5 points. The last round will pit Rajabov against Gelfand, while Wang Yue faces Carlsen and Nisipeanu clashes with Ponomariov.
