Professor Lutfi Zadeh: Ilham Aliyev is a bright leader

Besides, when I was in Azerbaijan I felt the country places priority on culture. It is a very important indicator. Azerbaijan is not a primitive country,” he said.

Lutfi Zadeh pointed out the situation in Azerbaijan is much more better than in other countries.
