Ilham Aliyev is a bright leader, Lutfi Zadeh, world famous mathematician, professor of computer science at the University of California, Berkeley, told radio Liberty.
“I am upbeat because your country has a strong leader. Azerbaijan is neither Georgia nor Ukraine, which have domestic confrontation. You have oil, per capita income is high. Besides, when I was in Azerbaijan I felt the country places priority on culture. It is a very important indicator. Azerbaijan is not a primitive country,” he said.
Lutfi Zadeh pointed out the situation in Azerbaijan is much more better than in other countries.
