Azerbaijani judo fighter (81kg) Mammadali Mehdiyev has won bronze medal at the 27th World Summer Universiade, which continues in Kazan, Tatarstan.
On his way to semifinal, Mehdiyev beat US, Portuguese, Korean and Czech wrestlers, but was stopped by Japanese Takanori Nagase.
In the 3rd place bout Mehdiyev beat a Chinese opponent.
