Azerbaijani Ministry of youth and sports signed a contract, on cooperation during the period 2013-2017 with “Fundación Real Madrid” at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium as a part of the social project entitled “Protecting children’s health: children’s attraction to the sports, and their integration to the society.”
The signing ceremony brought together Deputy Minister of youth and sports Ismayil Ismayilov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain Altay Efendiyev, Executive Vice-President of the Real Madrid Foundation Enrique Sanchez, and other officials.
Enrique Sanchez addressed the ceremony, welcomed participants of event and told on the importance of the cooperation document.
Sanchez also briefed the participants on international projects of Real Madrid after the signing ceremony.
Azerbaijani official gave detailed information on recent development of sports field in the country noting government’s care and attention to sports.
Ismayil Ismayilov briefed the event participants on achievements of Azeri sportsmen in the world tournaments.
