Didier Drogba has given an interview to UEFA’s official website before the return match against Real Madrid and has said, "I have a special relationship with the Champions League, it’s a trophy which I had to wait a long time to win".
"It makes me very happy to come back to the Champions League, especially to hear the music at the beginning of each match", he continued.
"I’ve found an ambitious club with a big project and they want to win the Champions League. I think it was a great choice for me. I wanted to find again the passion I experienced in Marseille. I want to be part of an adventure, of a goal, so it’s something very exciting", he concluded.
