Azerbaijani fighters have claimed a clutch of 4 medals including 3 golds in the 2013 Hong Kong 2 st World Top Kung Fu Championship at Kowloon, Hong Kong.
In youth competition, Elshad Abidov weigning in at 65 kg mounted the highest step on the podium winning the gold.
In adults` event, Ali Miralakbarly weighing in at 90 kg and Nizami Mammadov at up to 90 kg won gold, while Elvin Ahmadly had to be satisfied with the silver medal.
Azerbaijan was represented by nine fighters, who were headed by senior coach Farid Mayilov and president of Azerbaijan Kung-Fu Federation Barat Israfilov.
The event brought together more than 1,000 fighters from 54 countries.
