“There is a single uniform for the pupils. The children must come to school in this uniform.
Hijab is not included into that school uniform”, Chief of Baku City Education office Naila Rzaguliyeva said. She said that there are few students who want to come to school in hijab: “We explain them that it is impossible to come to school in hijab”.
Answering the question about their admittance to school, Rzaguliyeva said that “in my opinion, they are not admitted to school”.
