A murder was committed in Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan, press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
Baku resident Jamalli Sagi Sakhavat, 19, knifed Nabran resident Ilyasbekov Faig Abrik, 20, in front of Lotos rest home in Nabran at 02.00 on July 29. Ilyasbekov Faig died at Khudat region hospital.
Khachmaz region prosecutor’s office launched criminal case on the fact on article 120.1 of the Criminal Code.
Sagi Jamalli has been detained. Investigation is underway.
