A monument to the Khojaly tragedy victims will be erected in the Ushak city of Turkey.
Deputy Head of the Ushak Municipality Omar Oktay Akarja proposed to erect a monument to the Khojaly tragedy victims in the Ushak city of Turkey. This has been forwarded to the law commission for a review. The monument aims to express support to Azerbaijan and a protest to Armenia, he said.
Akarja said they decided to put monument to the Khojaly tragedy victims after a group of youth from Azerbaijan and Agri province appealed with a relevant request. The monument is planned to be built in Ataturk Park in the city center.
