Police received anonymous call informing about bomb installation at the Baku State University, Yasamal district Police Office said.
Unknown man called 102 service of the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan and informed about the bomb installation in the evening on April 18.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan was immediately informed about the incident and it started search operations in the university. The report was not confirmed as a result of searches.
Police identified that the call was received from a public phone in the territory of Sharifzade Street. The police are currently searching for the caller.
