The international festival of 100-second movies will be held in Tehran (Iran).
According to Mehr News Agency, the event will involve films from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria and Cyprus.
The festival organizers are planning to hold several seminars in other countries, including Azerbaijan, Turkey and Syria for cinematographers to be able to present their works at the festival.
