The all-republican youth movement Ireli has initiated the creation of the Fund of Human Capital in Azerbaijan.
Day.Az reports with reference to Ireli that talks have been initiated with several state structures and international organizations, in particular, specialized structures of the United Nations.
According to movement co-chair Ceyhun Osmanov, in the future, the fund may facilitate work for provision of specialists for the state and private sector. According to him, this fund must act under the country's president and in this connection Ireli has already appealed to the presidential administration.
