The second international conference of Azerbaijani and Turkish journalists will be held in Baku on April 28-May 1, a source from Azerbaijan's Council of Press told Day.Az.
Thus, the event is arranged by Turkish head department for television broadcasting, Azerbaijan Council for Press and Turkey's embassy to Azerbaijan.
The conference will be attended by famous experts of media and mass media leaders of both countries. The Turkish delegation includes head of Turkey's department for television broadcasting Saleh Malak and others.
The guests will visit the Alley of Martyrs and Honored Alley and hold meetings in the publishing houses of leading mass medias.
The conference participants will discuss the present state of media in Azerbaijan and Turkey, problems, facing mass medias, place and role of Turkic press in the global world.
It should be noted that the first conference was held in spring of 2006.
