Medical services will become free in the state medical establishments of Azerbaijan under the Health Ministry and be financed from state budget beginning from February 1, according to the press service for the Ministry.
Minister of Health Ogtay Shiraliyev has already signed order regarding it.
All departments of the Ministry of Health were instructed to execute the order related to the raise of budget allocated to health year-by- year, strengthening material and technical base of medical establishments, application of advanced forms of management and qualification of industry mechanism.
