The ANS Press publishing house has filed a claim against the Azadliq fedaileri newspaper and its officer Allahverdi Nabi.
The due information has been provided by the Institute for Reporters Freedom and Safety.
The plaintiff considers that information, contained in the articles "Pornography at ANS" and "ANS demonstrating its bad manners everywhere", does not correspond to the reality and is false and abusing.
The ANS Press publishing house demands from the newspaper to disclaim the information and pay compensation in the amount of AZN 50,000 and the officer to pay the amount of AZN 10,000.
It should be noted that the preliminary court hearing will be held on January 18.
The process will take place in the Nasimi district court chaired by judge Mamed Mamedbekov.
