The days of European Cultural Heritage will be held in Baku in September, 2008, Abulfas Garayev, Culture and Tourism Minister, reported.
He stated that this event is held in two countries of Europe every year.
“The days of European Cultural Heritage will probably be held this way. Many guests from several countries will visit Baku in the framework of the Heritage days".
The Minister said that preparation will be carried out to hold event in Baku and stressed the necessity to improve the state of historical and cultural monuments. The Minister noted that a large scale cultural conference is planned to be held on the European level in 2008.
