Protocol foresees cooperation on television broadcasting, international relations, technical assistance, technological advances, information technologies, training and staff exchange.

RTUK Chairman Zahid Akman said at the signing ceremony that relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan are different and closer than relations of any other two countries.

Akman said Turkey also desires such close relations with other Central Asia countries.
