Human rights defenders are going to appeal to the country authorities for lifers in Gobustan jail, who demand commuting their life sentence to 15-year imprisonment.
Rights defender Chingiz Ganizade told the APA they will discuss the problem next week. Ten life-term prisoners started hunger strike demanding commuting their punishment on March 27 and continued it for several days.
