Defense lawyer Isakhan Ashurov demanded to change court composition saying the defendants' rights have been violated. After the brief, the court dismissed the solicitation noting it is groundless.

Accused Sedagetoglu's father Sedaget Huseynov refused to give testimony to the court. The court did not accept the refusal, and noted that this issue will be considered later.

Then Public Prosecutor Farhad Rehimov announced accusation act. Rafig Tagi in his testimony to the court noted that he did not intend to insult Islam and Prophet Muhammad (s), and he grew up in the circle of religious men.

"I just only wanted to compare life conditions between Europe and East. I apologize again to my Muslim brothers," he said.

Rafig Tagi's thoughts have faced the protests of some religious men in the courtroom.

The trial will continue on April 13.
