Abdullayev stated that the organizers made amendments to the tournament regulations for the Azeri national squads.

This is the third time that the date of the tournament has been changed on our request. AFFA cannot pay the expense of teams' visit to Russia, as U-17, U-21 and main national team will go abroad at that time. That's why we will leave for Russia on April 1, he said.

Azeri teams will play against top division clubs Chertanovo, Priolit, Nadejda Noginsk and selected under-16 team of Moscow. Shamil Heydarov's team will alsp play a friendly against Ribnaya club during the visit.
