Due to inter-governmental contact on education, Azerbaijan's State Students' Admission Commission announced admission to the Universities of Turkey.
The documents will be received since March 28 in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Sumgayit, Lenkeran and Shaki. The deadline is April 14. 48 places have been allotted for Azerbaijani student to have education in 11 famous universities of Turkey such as Ankara University (Spanish language and literature, Italian language and literature and so on ), Boghazichi University (political sciences and international relations), Ege University (Computer engineering, medicine), Istanbul technical university (telecommunication engineer), Gazi University (Econometrics, medicine), Hajettepe University (American culture and literature), Mermere University (insurance) and others. The students of the faculties of Spanish and Italian languages and literature will have a year of preparatory programs. They will have Turkish language too. The entrants who will succeed in Turkish language in the examinations will not have preparatory course. Turkey's government will pay all education expenses. The students of different universities of Azerbaijan do not have any right to file applications to Turkish universities.
