Khalilov said that his commission carries out the competition for vacancies in the state service. He noted that the commission announced a competition for 80 vacancies in different ministries and committees.

Khalilov said that no announcements on such competitions have been made up to now and added that such announcements will be open.

Those who want to participate in the competition can present their documents within 30 days. After the documents are checked by the commission will be allowed to the first stage of the test. The test will be conducted by the State Student Admission Commission and relevant bodies.

The chief of the commission stressed that they will ensure fairness of the competition. "The society should believe us. Everything will be fair, there will be no illegalities.
