The number of car accidents (3197) has increased compared with last year.
As the result of the accidents 1027 people died, 1606 injured. 1686 of car accidents happened in Baku. 386 people died, 1891 injured in the accidents, Interior Ministry Main Traffic Police Department told the APA. It should be noted that during last year 3179 car accidents occurred in Republic, as a result of which 1665 men died, 3668 injured. 1650 car accidents were reported, as the result of which 432 men died and 1814 injured in Baku.
