The date of Appeals Court on complaints of Azerbaijani Army officer Ramil Seferov, sentenced to life imprisonment on accusation of killing Armenian officer Gurgen Markaryan in Hungary, is set, Ministry of Justice, International Law Cooperation Department chief Zafer Gafarov told.
Advocate Ikram Shirinov said that they have not received a summons concerning the court date.
"So, the date is not precise," he noted. The advocate will visit Hungary on Jan 15 to meet with Ramil Safarov.
