Aliyev took this step because of being the subject of police pursuit. First he was taken to Aghdam central Hospital, then to Barda Central hospital. Aghdam Central Hospital told the APA that Aliyev was not registered in reception department. Aghdam Police Department told the PA that they do not have any registration about it.

His relatives could not take him to one of the capital hospitals; he died on the way, in Hajigabul territory.
