Azerbaijan's Court of Grave Crimes continued the trial of the gang led by Haji Mammadov, former high ranking official of the Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department.

Haji Mammadov answered Adil Ismayilov's questions about the announced documents. He said that he felt that he was pursued by NSM since February 10, 2005. "I talked to Zakir Nasirov and some other people that I was pursued, but they told me that it was nonsense. During that period I was sure of Zakir Nasirov about kidnappings," he said.

Then the presentation of the documents to the court began. The lawyers of the defendant presented to the court the documents about Kamil Sedreddinov's business trip, Elchin Aliyev's wife's illness, Aligulu Guliyev and his wife's disablement.

Then Adil Ismayilov solicited to investigate the materials on operations about Rena Nesibova's information given to the Prosecutor's Office and Zamire Hajiyeva's kidnapping, the extract of Haji Mammadov and Zakir Nasirov's telephone talks and review of the register of criminal case materials, to announce the date of Naile Guliyeva and Haji Mammadov's bringing court, to demand the testimonies given by witnesses to the investigation of Rovshan Aliyev's assassination, to get information about the case of Elmar Huseynov's assassination by Haji Mammadov.

He said by bringing these documents to court it will be known that Haji Mammadov casts aspersions on Zakir Nasirov, himself and on the dead ones. The court did not allow the solicitation. After that Adil Ismayilov objected to court composition because of unbiased trial.

"Not granting of my solicitations prevents me from effective defense of Zakir Nasirov. It is evident court to end the trial hastily. Sidek Abdulvahabov was sentenced as Rustem Khashavuyev in 2002 by hasted decision of the court. I do not want Zakir Nasirov to be the victim of hasted trial," he said.

After the trial it was decided to keep the solicitation without granting.

The trial will be continued on December 1, APA reports.
