The seminar is under the charge of Yakov Borovoy, Member of the Collegium of ITAR-TASS, and is designed for journalists from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The seminar's program includes lectures of outstanding Russian economists and political scientists as well as a visit to the Moscow Kremlin's museums, and tours to Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

The journalists will also meet in the city on Neva river with their counterparts from ITAR TASS' northwest regional department. AzerTAg
