The execution of the appeal to European Court of Human Rights on former president of Azpetrol Groups of Companies Rafig Aliyev's arrest is on the eve, Aliyev's lawyer Alimardan Sadigov told.
He said that no investigative action was taken on new accusation. Sadigov also said that Aliyev does not have any problem with his health. Aliyev's detention period was prolonged. Alimardan Sadigov,lawyer for Rafig Aliyev said he faced new accusation on criminal code 313 (fraud), 28.220 (coup attempt), 278 (seize the power by force) articles on September 28. Rafig Aliyev was accused on the Criminal Code article 206.4 (smuggling) and held in National Security Ministry jail, APA reports.
