The Soldier of Kaspyisk Border Office of Russian Federal Security Service, who broke out of the military unit on September 10, attempted to flee to Azerbaijan through Akhti region.
APA's Dagestan bureau reports quoting the Border Office the 20-year-old border guard avoiding being detained, committed suicide. His body was found on the bank of the Samur river. It is not reported why the border guard broke out of the military unit and wanted to pass Azerbaijan.
